Is our day free or is this a structured
tour?
The tour can be as structured or as unstructured as you
want. While there are planned activities you are free to do
as you like. Lie on the beach, snorkel or just walk the many
paths in the park - you decide.
There is a shopping trip to the town on Isla Mujeres. This is
a two hour trip which is part of your tour if you desire to
go. The shopping trip departs at 2:00 PM and returns at 4:00
PM.
How is the snorkeling?
The snorkeling is some of the best in the area. You will
snorkel in the open Caribbean protected by the island and you
will enjoy a fantastic array of brightly colored fish on the
coral reef. Your snorkel equipment is included and you get a
new snorkel to keep.
Can I snorkel all I want?
Yes, if snorkeling is your idea of a perfect day, go for
it. Your day is flexible. You do what you want.
How far in advance should the tour be
booked?
When you know your vacation schedule we recommend you make
your tour reservations. This tour we recommend you reserve one
week in advance.
Can I reserve when I arrive in Cancun?
Yes just call from your Cancun hotel 898-4312 or 887-8069.
To call us from outside Cancun dial 01-998-898-4312.
We do recommend that you reserve in advance so that you get
what you want when you want. For this tour we recommend your
reserve one week or more in advance.
What is your refund policy in the event I must cancel?
You may change any tour 24 hours or more before the departure
time and incur no penalty. You may cancel any tour up to 24
hours before departure time and only be charged a 5% administrative
fee. Tours canceled due to weather or by the tour operator get
a 100% refund.

Do you have hotel pickup?
Hotel pickup is not included in this tour. Your transportation
options are:
- Take the bus that stops on the main boulevard
in front of your Cancun hotel for about 60 cents USD per person.
- Take a taxi to the departure point. The
price will vary depending on your where your hotel is located.
We will send a map when you reserve.
- We can offer you private round trip transportation
from your hotel for an added cost of $60 for up to 7 people
and $72 for up to 14 people. Please put that you want the
transportation in the comments box on the reservation form.
Where is the departure point in Cancun?
When you reserve we will send you a map showing your hotel
and the departure point. Do not worry it is easy.
What boat takes us to Isla Mujeres and how long is the ride?
You will step aboard the Garrafon Express if you select
the Garrafon Discovery option or you will step aboard the luxurious
Royal Garrafon is you choose the Royal Garrafon option. The
trip to Isla Mujeres is about 40 minutes during which time the
bar and bathrooms are open.
I see the departs times to return to Cancun but can we leave
later?
Should you decide to stay longer and enjoy Isla Mujeres
outside the Garrafon park you are free to do so. However you
will need to buy a ferry ticket to return to Cancun. The ferry
runs to Cancun up until 10 PM from the main dock in the center
of Isla Mujeres.

What is included in the buffet lunch?
The buffet is one of the most complete buffets you will
encounter. It has soups, salads, cold meats, seafood, chicken,
pork, beef, and vegetables, breads, tortillas and deserts. You
will have a great variety and you will not leave hungry.
What is included in the open bar?
The open bar is one of the most complete in Cancun. Not
only will get the usual rum drinks, but also scotches, vodkas,
tequilas, beers, and wines as well as all prepared drinks such
as piņa coladas, and margaritas and all your favorites, just
ask.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 7 to 10 days in advance you have a 99% chance
we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation,
complete with your credit card information, and if space is
not available we will call or email you with when space is available.
So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation
form.
Is it possible to make a reservation
when I get to Cozumel?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance
as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want
to go. During the high season from January to August there are
many times we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To
make your reservation once you arrive in Cozumel call us at
01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any trip or tour up to 24 hours before departure
and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip
or tour is cancelled by the operator you will receive a 100%
refund or we will reschedule at your request. Click

Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that there
are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that you will not
pay more than that published price on our website. At the end
of the tour a tip is optional and is generally 10% - 15% of
the price depending on how much you like the tour and the service
provided.
I send in a reservation with my
credit card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is space available.
Then we charge your card. We then put the confirmation number
on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email. You print
it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You present the
coupon at check in.
Should I send in my credit card
with the reservation?
Yes because you have a much better chance of getting the tour
the less time that goes by before the departure. If there is
no space available we will not charge your credit card but advise
when the tour is available closest to the date you want. If
you send in a reservation form without a credit card number
inquiring about availability then we respond, simply more time
passes giving the tour more time to fill up. Again once you
are ready to reserve it is best to send your reservation with
a credit card. Please remember no reservation is made until
we have payment via your credit card or by other means.
How can I check the status of my
reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your
reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be
than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours has gone by
and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1-800-860-5917
from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from the rest of
the world. If you are already in Cancun our local number is

Can children under 8 do a dolphin
activity?
For the Royal Dolphin Swim all children must be 4 feet or 120
centimeters tall to participate.
For the Royal Dolphin Swim all children under 12 must be accompanied
by a paying adult.
For the Dolphin Swim Adventure all children 8-12 must be accompanied
by a paying adult.
For the Dolphin Swim Adventure children under 8 are not allowed
to participate in this activity.
For the Dolphin Encounter children 2 – 8 must be accompanied
by a paying adult.
What time will we do our dolphin
activity?
We will arrange your dolphin activity at 12:00 noon unless otherwise
indicated on your e-ticket or voucher that we send you.
Do we do the dolphin activity at
the Garrafon Park?
No you will transported to the dolphin area on Isla Mujeres
some 10 minutes form the Garrafon Park.
