Board The Golden Cruise for a refreshing journey to Isla Mujeres. (Woman Island) This excursion  begins with continental breakfast at the departure point before leaving for a 45 minute ride to the Island.
Once there you will have the option of staying on the beach or participating in the snorkel tour. Beach activities include open bar, kayaking, visiting the turtle farm, or just plain lazing around on the beautiful white sand beaches.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TOUR

Must I participate in all the activities?
No! There is no “herding” you around. You do as many or as few of the activities offered as you desire. If you want to spend all your time lying on the beach – go for it!
If you want to snorkel and take the shopping trip to downtown - no problem. This is “your day” you do as much or as little as you want to do. Oh, and yes, the bar is open all day - on the boat and on the beach.

Will I get seasick on the way to Isla Mujeres?
Seasickness depends on the individual and the conditions of the sea the day you go. But the Golden Cruise is a very big boat and you are not very likely to get sea sick. If you think you may get sea sick the latest remedy for seasickness is Ginger pills available from your local health food store.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TRANSPORTATION

How do I get there from my hotel?
Getting to departure point from any hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone is easy.
You have 2 options, take a bus or take a cab. We also send you a map so that if you do not speak any Spanish you can just give the map to the cab driver or monitor your progress on the map if you are on the bus. Don’t worry getting there is easy.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 7 to 10 days in advance you have a 99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation complete with your credit card information and if space is not available we will call or send you an email and tell you when space is available. So be sure to include your phone number and email address on your reservation form.

Is it possible to make a Golden Cruise reservation when I get to the
area?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get “what you want when you want it.” To reserve once you arrive in Cancun call us at 898-4312 or if you are outside Cancun in the Riviera Maya call us by dialing 01-998-898-4312. From the states call 1-800-860-5917.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the tour is cancelled you will receive a 100% refund. Click Here! To see all Cancellation and Change Policy.

Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes. The prices are “accurate and complete” meaning that there are no additional charges or surprises because of “exchange fees,” or “taxes,” etc. At the end of the trip a tip is optional depending on how much you liked the tour and the service.

I send in a reservation with my credit card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is space available. Then we charge your card. We then put the confirmation number on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email. You print it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You present the coupon at check in.

Should I send in my credit card with the reservation?
Yes because you have a much better chance of getting the tour the less time that goes by before the departure. If there is no space available we will not charge your credit card but advise when the tour is available closest to the date you want. If you send in a reservation form without a credit card number inquiring about availability then we respond, simply more time passes giving the tour more time to fill up. Again once you are ready to reserve it is best to send your reservation with a credit card. Please remember no reservation is made until we have payment via your credit card or by other means.

How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our local number is 898-4312 and if you are outside Cancun dial 01-998-898-4312.
